Though HOWW Thermal Tumblers are top-rack dishwasher safe, we recommend hand washing all HOWW products due to the possible effects that powerful dishwashers and harsh detergents can have on the plastic and decoration.

Should your tumbler become defective at the sonic seal (where the two glasses are joined) then simply send it back prepaid and we will provide a replacement. We will attempt to provide you with a replacement with the same insert or imprint as on the original piece as long as it is still available. If the design is not available, or cannot be reused from the returned cup, the customer will receive a clear tumbler in exchange.
