Ordering Requirements
Orders will only be accepted via fax, email or mail.
To expedite processing please provide us with the following information when ordering:
- Your Company Information
- Product Number
- Quantity
- Product Color/Inserts/LED Colors
- Imprint Color - Specify PMS Number
- Imprint Location
- Imprint Copy/Size
- Shipping Method
- Shipping Address
- Required In-Hands Date
- Preproduction Proof Required
Repeat Orders: Please provide the Invoice number or PO number from your previous order.
Split/Drop Shipments: $5.00 charge per address.
Standard Production Time: 12 business days from the day after your order and artwork is approved. Please note that holidays may effect
lead times. Larger orders requiring multi-color imprinting may require additional production time.
Blank Goods: Ship in 3 business days. Large quantities may require additional time for assembly.
Rush Service: Please consult factory for availability and charges.
Returns: All orders are custom made whether blank or imprinted. Any damage or defective product must be reported to the factory
within 15 days of receipt. No returns are accepted without authorization. |
