Ordering Requirements
Orders will only be accepted via fax, email or mail.

To expedite processing please provide us with the following information when ordering:

• Your Company Information
• Product Number and Description
• Quantity
• Product Color/Inserts/LED Colors
• Imprint Color - Specify PMS Number
• Imprint Location
• Imprint Copy/Size
• Shipping Method *
• Shipping Address
• Required In-Hands Date **
• Preproduction Proof Required *** 

Repeat Orders: Please provide the Invoice number or PO number from your previous order.

Split/Drop Shipments: $5.00 charge per address.

Standard Production Time: 10 business days from the day after your order and artwork is approved (unless otherwise noted.) Please note that holidays may effect lead times. Large orders or orders requiring multi-color imprinting may require additional production time.

Blank Goods: Ship in 3 business days. Large quantities may require additional time for assembly.

Rush Service: Please consult factory for availability and charges.

Returns: All orders are custom made whether blank or imprinted.
Any damage or defective product must be reported to the factory within 15 days of receipt. No returns are accepted without factory authorization.

Samples
• Samples are charged at EQP plus freight.
• Samples will be shipped same day prior to 1pm Central Time. All orders received after 1pm will be shipped the next business day.
• Sample Kits ship in 3 business days.

Credit Terms Policy
1. For New Customers or existing inactive accounts of 12+ months: Full prepayment is required. Net 30 day terms will be determined upon credit approval for future orders.
2. For existing accounts in good credit standing: Terms net 30 days.
3. For existing accounts in poor credit standing: Full prepayment required.
4. For large orders, prepayments are required. The amount will be determined based upon the size of the order and credit history. Terms of balance will also be determined upon credit approval.
5. A Credit Card is required for all accounts. If your bill is not paid in 30 days it will be automatically applied to your credit card. We accept Visa, Master Card & American Express.

* We will ship via the most economical method unless otherwise specified.

** If no date is specified we can not be held accountable for late shipments.

*** It is our policy to send a pre-production proof on all orders over 1,000 pieces. You will be charged a $25.00(v) set up fee plus overnight shipping. If you would like to waive your preproduction proof, you must indicate this on your purchase order.
